Is that necessarily true? Well, I guess for me it’s not. Weekends for me are spent doing something I like, doing something that I don’t get to do on a normal day because I don’t have time and just relaxing. Okay, maybe for some it’s a bit pointless, but for me, it’s the ultimate.

To make you have more fun and colorful weekend, I’m soo happy to share with you the new product of Mis Cosas – the Foldable Weekenders.

The Mis Cosas Team came up with a foldable weekender because they saw the need of people having more compact and useful items in their day-to-day living. This January, they have release their newest product – the Mis Cosas Foldable Weekenders which caters to people who are always on the go but have very little space in their home. Weekender Bags are usually very large and very hard to store. However, each and every individual at one point in their life, find a need for it. It may be that weekend getaway, or a 3-day/2-night retreat or as simple as a 3-hour gym workout. Now, Mis Cosas has came up with a perfect solution by offering the market a huge bag that folds into a 7 x 9” pouch for easy storage.

Truly, this bag comes in a small package but when unfolded, a 19 x 6 x 16″ ( L x W x H) bag unfolds. It is also easy to carry with a 11” handle drop which allows you to carry it comfortably over your shoulders. For more storage, the bag also features 2 outer pockets with zippers and 1 inner pocket with zipper which allows you to keep small items such as car keys or hair ties. This bag also comes in a waterproof nylon material which is the same material that as the waterproof Mis Cosas Crayon Carry Alls that was released last year. This simply means that aside from the fact that it is waterproof, it also can carry very heavy load.

To cater to the different tastes and preferences of the market, it comes in 8 different colors: red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, gray and pink. For those among you who worry about the bag being dirty, don’t fret because the materials is washable. You can just wash it everytime you feel that it’s not in its best condition anymore.

You got that right Ms. Rita Rudner. In this day and age, when recession came into the picture and it’s just too much to buy jewelry when you know very well that there are some people who can’t even buy a decent mean, would you still save up money to buy SUPER expensive jewelry? I guess for some people who can actually afford it, sure. But for most people who live on a paycheck, this is probably the last thing on their mind.

But of course, for us girls, we would always like to look good, look classy, and look polished. Hence, jewelry is a MUST. Thanks God for EMO and for the brilliant people behind EMO who came up with the idea of offering stainless steel jewelry that is not only hypoallergenic but also costs a fraction of the cost of what real gold jewelry would amount to.

Your first reaction would probably be like – STAINLESS STEEL? WTH? Yes, stainless steel. Did you know that the very popular CHARRIOL from Geneve uses stainless steel for the jewelry? Not only that, some well-known watch companies also use stainless steel, such as Bulova, Invicta and Dolce and Gabbana (to name a few).

One of the good things about using stainless steel jewelry is that it’s much harder that most metals such as silver and gold which is why it retains the high polished luster for a long time as compared to silver and white gold.

Currently, EMO is the only stainless steel jewelry maker that I know of here in the Philippines. There might be others out there but I’m not exposed to them. Visiting their branch in Hypermert also made me realize that this brand offers a lot of different styles and designs that would match each and every personality.

Guess what caught my attention?

I initially liked this because I thought the butterflies where letter K’s from afar and when you zoom in on it, you will notice that those are actually butterflies. This actually reminds me of 2 things:

2.) Butterflies that always reminds me of my Mama (Grandmother) who passed away a few years back

Hi, Everyone!

It’s the 17th of January already. 17th day of the year. What have you done so far? As for me, I’m still pretty busy at work. Already preparing for a project that might be a way for me to go to China! Yipee! I’m pretty scared and excited about it. It’s going to be my first time in China and I don’t know what to expect. I actually never thought that I would ever step foot on China.

Anyway, another MAJOR thing (well for me at least), is the release of the new collection of Longchamp. You have to check it out! I’m pretty sure you will LOVE IT (as I do!). So anyone who is going to France or to Europe who would be kind enough to buy for me, I promise I will pay you!

And since I have already established my ultimate FETISH for bags, I’d like to introduce you to The Bag Department. They offer unique and carefully crafted bags of the finest quality.
